WINTER/SPRING 2010
To register, we need a registration form and payment. 

Registration forms may be submitted online, but your registration is only confirmed once we have received payment. You may also submit your form by fax, mail, or in person. 

Payment secures your place in a class, by check, cash or credit card (Visa, MC or Discover). No online payments (yet!) - you will need to provide your credit card details by phone. 


Class cost includes all supplies unless specified. 
Pre-registration required, Scholarships and Gift Certificates available.

Join us for fun creative camps! Your child will be nurtured and inspired to create, imagine, and act. Each day campers will experience visual arts, creative movement and drama. All activities are age appropriate and the projects will allow each child to express their individual creativity. PORTRAIT DRAWING/PAINTING (6 classes)
Practice drawing, gradually moving into monochromatic painting and finally painting a portrait in oil.  Registration Form

WATERCOLOR FOR BEGINNERS TO INTERMEDIATE (10 classes)

Explore various watercolor techniques while creating your own works of art. This class is great for beginners and those with previous experience who want to brush up on their skills. Registration Form

PLEIN AIR OIL PAINTING (7 classes)
with Erik Holland
Join local artist Erik Holland to capture the outdoor colors and light. Painting will be done both outside (weather permitting) and in the studio from photographs. Great for beginners or the more experienced.  Registration Form

CLASSES FOR ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
Free Class, $5 monthly fee for supplies

RENO: VSA arts of Nevada is offering weekly art classes for adults 18 and older with developmental disabilities. The program is FREE, however from this fall, we need to charge a minimal supplies fee of $5 per month per participant. The Tuesday program will be on-going at the Lake Mansion located on 250 Court Street at Arlington. Please call 826-6100 to reserve your space for this free workshop program.

SPARKS: LEISURE WITHOUT LIMITS ARTS AND CRAFT CLASS
The City of Sparks Parks & Recreation Department and VSA arts of Nevada have teamed up to provide an ongoing Arts & Crafts class for any adult with a developmental delay.  The classes are held on Thursdays at Larry D Johnson Community Center.  The program is FREE, however from this fall, we need to charge a minimal supplies fee of $5 per month per participant. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Classes are limited in size and are offered on a 'first come first served" basis. We accept payment by Cash, Check (to VSA arts of NV), and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard & Discover). Payment is due before class starts. Pre-registered participants needing to withdraw from a class may have their payment refunded, less a $5 administrative cost, until five business days before the first session of class  No refunds thereafter. 

Scholarships are available.  Download, print and send in scholarship application with registration form. You will be contacted regarding the status of your scholarship.
