Art Birthday Parties for Kids

 

(or for anything else you would like to celebrate with art – including end of school year parties, summer get togethers and more)
If your child loves art, this is the place for their party!

Includes: Use of the Lake Mansion’s “Art Happens Here” Studio in the lower level for 2-1/2 hours (up to 2 hours for the party plus set-up & clean-up), an age appropriate 45-60 minute creative activity (art OR creative movement) conducted by one of our experienced art teachers. A refrigerator/freezer, tables, chairs, and all needed art supplies for a creative project that each child will be able to take home so you don’t need to do party favors.

Hours: Parties may be scheduled seven days a week from 9am-7pm, upon availability.

Cost: $200 for up to 12 children, $10 per additional child. Maximum of 15 children.
If more children than original estimate and over 12 children, $10 per additional child due on day of event.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

FACILITY USE RULES
- User is responsible for set-up and clean-up.
- No furnishings or other materials should be moved without prior approval.
- Children must be under adult supervision at all times.
- No animals are allowed in the mansion or on the grounds except for guide animals.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING is allowed in the mansion, on the porches and grounds.
- Anything left after your event will be discarded, unless other arrangements made.
- No birdseed, rice, or confetti is allowed in the mansion or on the grounds.
- No candles (except for birthday cake candles) or other open flame decorations are allowed inside or outside of the mansion.
- Tape decks, CD players, and any audio-visual equipment may be brought and used.
- NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED on the premise during children’s birthday parties.
Rental of the Lake Mansion is at the discretion of the VSA Nevada staff and board of directors.

As a user of the Lake Mansion building and/or grounds on the date and time specified below, I/we assume responsibility for any injury that may occur before (set-up), during or after (clean-up) the event to us or one of our guests. We are responsible for any damage to the building or grounds that may occur before (set-up), during or after (clean-up) of the event by us or one of our guests.

    • $200 for up to 12 children, $10 per additional child up to 15 children, due at the time of reservation at least (10) days prior to the Birthday Party. Reservations will be accepted later, but there may be limited availability. Reservations will be finalized once payment has been remitted to VSA Nevada.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    - Cancellations at least 7 days prior to event - $150 refund, $50 fee.
    - Cancellations 7-1 days prior to event - $100 refund, $100 fee.
    - Cancellations on day of event or no-shows - no refund, $200 fee.
